Dr. Tony McLean proudly served in United States Army from 1983 to 1992 as a Physical Therapy Assistant (E-6).

He graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and has endorsed being a lifelong learner of orthopedic manual therapy participating in year-long courses of Norwegian and Australian approaches.

In 2019, Dr. McLean earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions.

Dr. McLean enjoys mentoring and teaching the next generation of physical therapists, including the community’s students. You can always find him volunteering on the sidelines with Yosemite High School Badger sports.

Hobbies include the beauty of the Sierra Nevada, Yosemite, Bass Lake and all they have to offer: 4-Season camping, backpacking, hiking, snow skiing/shoeing, and especially creating memories with his family in the area.

Dr. McLean along with his wife and fellow Physical Therapist, Dr. Lori McLean, are the owners of Mariposa Physical Therapy Center. Together they have raised two sons who enjoyed adventures in scouting, athletics and the great outdoors.

She participated in the California State University, Fresno Lyle School of Business Entrepreneurial Studies receiving the Host Company Award, and was selected as a graduate speaker.

She enjoys mentoring and teaching the next generation of physical therapists, including the community’s students. Dr. McLean continues to serve on the Advisory Committee for the Yosemite High School ROP Athletic Training/Sports Medicine program. She is active as a Clinical Instructor for Doctor of Physical Therapy students from Fresno State as well as Physical Therapy Assistant students from the Clovis Institute of Technology.

Dr. Lori McLean along with her husband and fellow Physical Therapist, Dr. Tony McLean, are the owners of Mariposa Physical Therapy Center. Together they have raised two sons who enjoyed adventures in scouting, athletics and the great outdoors.
